What the neighbors say.
If I could give 10 stars, I would! Lee is FANTASTIC! I accidentally ran over my linen chair slipcovers and Lee worked tirelessly to ensure all the tire grease came out entirely! I am totally shocked at the magic he performed. I love his happy spirit and his amazing customer service! I HIGHLY recommend! And, very reasonably priced!!!

In a 2025 Google review, Heidi C. explained where the name comes from. Her parents (her mother, Vonnie, and her father, Roger) owned the shop when she was a girl, and the name stayed:
“My name is Heidi and my mother is Vonnie and my parents owned this when I was a lil girl!!! My mom is Vonnie and they kept the name. … Glad I still see it going strong!!!!”
Neighbors have named Vonnie's a Nextdoor Neighborhood Favorite in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2023.
